What is Fitness Boot
Camp ?
A four week outdoor/indoor system of fitness instruction, nutritional education and motivational
training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Personal Trainer
Shannon Josoff.
Class will meet 3 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Saturday mornings at
7:30am. Class will meet for 1 hour and will start promptly at 7:30.
(Please let us know what other times might work for you, we would like to eventually add more class
times)
What if I'm not very
physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked
to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages, abilities
and fitness levels are urged to attend Fitness Boot Camp. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
You will inspire and be inspired by others. We have helped the "almost athletic" and those that are 80+
pounds overweight, all in the same setting...while never having ANYONE feel left out or frustrated.

How often will
we meet?
Participants will meet 3 times per week for one hour during the four-week program. Classes are
on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturday mornings from 7:30am to 8:30am. All participants
will be expected to arrive on time.

What can I achieve from Fitness Boot Camp?
Your body will become more fit

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each
four-week boot camp is $149. That's twelve hours of instruction! It averages out to just $12 per hour -
a remarkable deal!!
Where else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible
price?
Personal trainers typically charge $40 to $100 per hour for their services. Other Boot
Camps are charging between $199 and $399. - this is a great (and increasingly rare) opportunity to receive
motivating fitness instruction by Shannon Josoff - a Certified Personal Trainer, for just a fraction of the cost.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next
camp. Once we receive your payment you will be emailed a registration packet and will get your pre-camp evaluation
set up by Shannon prior to the start of camp.
