One session lasts an hour. Experience has taught me that
my client and I get the best results when we work together a minimum of 3 days per week. There are 168 hours in the
week, I need you to be with me at least three of those hours to make a difference. If working out one or two times a
week fits you better, or more than three times a week, give me a call for rates.
