My program combines weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and a nutritional regimen. You will transform the shape of your body and dramatically improve your health, strength, and self image.

What I will do for you:




  • Design, implement, teach, and supervise an exercise program tailored to your individual needs.

  •  Help you design a goal-oriented meal plan, based on your own food likes/dislikes.

  •  Teach you how to properly train your body to burn fat and bring out the tighter and leaner you. 
  •  Motivate and encourage you to have the strength and tenacity to accomplish your fitness goals.

One session lasts an hour.  Experience has taught me that my client and I get the best results when we work together a minimum of 3 days per week.  There are 168 hours in the week, I need you to be with me at least three of those hours to make a difference.  If working out one or two times a week fits you better, or more than three times a week, give me a call for rates.
